API key list

- ListApiKeysResponse
  - `data` ApiKey[], required
    - `id` string, required
    - `name` string, required
    - `scope` 'full' | 'sending', required: Legacy label; `sending` for any key narrower than full.
    - `scopes` ApiScope[], required
    - `allowed_domains` string[], required: Domains this key may send from; empty means any verified domain.
    - `test` boolean: A test key (`gm_test_…`). Its sends are simulated and never delivered.
    - `tenant` string: The `external_id` of the tenant this key is limited to. Present only on tenant keys.
    - `prefix` string, required: Visible key prefix (e.g. `gm_1a2b3c4d`, or `gm_test_1a2b3c4d` for a test key)
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required
    - `last_used_at` string, date-time, nullable
  - `has_more` boolean, required
  - `next_cursor` string, nullable, required

## Other responses
