- SiteCreate
  - `name` string, required
  - `slug` string

## Response `201`

Site created

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `403`: The scoped credential does not grant this operation
- `409`: Site slug is already in use
- `422`: Invalid query parameters
