# Get Latest Binding Constraints For Location

Get the constraints moving a location's price in the latest interval
within ``lookback_minutes`` in which any constraint bound, largest impact
first. Constraints the location has no shift factor for are left out.

## Path parameters

- `location_gs_entity_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `dataset_id` string, required
- `lookback_minutes` integer: How far back from now to look for the latest binding interval. The default covers ISOs that publish shadow prices late (ERCOT's SCED shadow prices can lag by over an hour).
- `limit` integer: Maximum number of constraints to return, largest impact first
- `as_of` string, date-time, nullable: Look back from this time instead of now, to see what was binding at a past moment (ISO 8601)
- `api_key` string, nullable: API key for authentication (query)

    - `contingency_name` string, nullable, required
    - `shadow_price` number, required
    - `shift_factor` number, required
    - `impact` number, required: shadow_price × shift_factor, signed per market, in $/MWh. Positive raises the location's congestion price.
