# Resume a stopped investigation

`POST /v1/investigations/{investigationId}/resume`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://docs.grepr.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://docs.grepr.ai/v1/investigations/{investigationId}/resume`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `GREPR-API-KEY`
  - OpenID Connect (`https://grepr-prod.us.auth0.com/.well-known/openid-configuration`)

Resumes a stopped (resumable) investigation in place. A non-blank message is appended as a new user turn; an empty body continues the agent with no added input.

## Response `202`

Resume requested

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Investigation not found
- `409`: Investigation is not resumable
