# Create or update a single OTLP integration secret header

`PUT /v1/integrations/otlp/{id}/secret-headers/{name}`

## Request

Creates or updates a single secret HTTP header for an OTLP integration.

- SecretApi: Secret wrapper for API responses
  - `secret` string, required: The secret value

## Response `204`

Secret header updated successfully

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid header name or reserved header name
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Integration not found.
