`GET /sandbox-clones/sources`

## Request

Business organizations of the caller's tenant they may copy into a new sandbox: active, not sandboxes, with access.manage. Each has its first and last month with emission rows and its sites. 404 while SANDBOX_CLONE_ENABLED or WORKSPACES_ENABLED is off.
