# The selected business organization's settings

`GET /organization/settings`

Reporting currency and FX rate basis of the business organization (the tenant). An organization that never stored settings answers the defaults: reportingCurrency null, fxRateBasis bill_date. Requires org.view_dashboard.

## Response `200`

Organization settings

- OrganizationSettingsResponse
  - `data` OrganizationSettings, required
    - `fxRateBasis` 'bill_date' | 'period_end', required — bill_date: a cost is converted at the rate of its row's start date (the bill date), in every month it is pro-rated into. period_end: each month's share at the rate of that month's last day.
    - `reportingCurrency` string, nullable, required — ISO 4217; null when not set (costs stay in their original currencies).
    - `supportedCurrencies` string[], required — Currencies a reporting currency may be (EUR and the ECB reference currencies), sorted.
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time
    - `updatedBy` string
