# The catalogue entries that apply, with the bases an action can cut

`GET /net-zero/action-catalogue`

For a memo of the given year (no memo needs to exist): the base year its estimates are worked out on, the catalogue entries that apply to the workspace's inventory there with their base figure and default estimate (largest first), and every base (inventory slice) an action can cut. Requires org.view_dashboard.
