# Start a support session in an organization with an active grant (audited once per staff user and grant)

`POST /internal/support-access/organizations/{organizationId}/open`

404 SUPPORT_ACCESS_NOT_GRANTED, identical for every reason (no grant, expired, revoked, archived or unknown organization), writes nothing.
