`PATCH /entities/{entityId}`

## Path parameters

- `entityId` string, required

## Request body

- EntityUpdateRequest — Omitted fields are unchanged; an empty legalId or parentId clears it; a null or empty countryOfIncorporation clears it.
  - `countryOfIncorporation` string, nullable — ISO-3166 alpha-2; lower case is accepted and stored upper case
  - `legalId` string
  - `name` string
  - `ownershipPct` number
  - `parentId` string
