# GET /document-context/questions

`GET /document-context/questions`

The upload form's questions (Tally asks the same) and the organization's latest answers as prefill. enabled is false, with no questions, while DOCUMENT_LEDGER_POLICY_ENABLED is off.

The questions

- DocumentContextQuestionsResponse
  - `data` DocumentContextQuestions, required
    - `enabled` boolean, required — DOCUMENT_LEDGER_POLICY_ENABLED on this server. False: no questions, nothing pre-filled, and the form is not shown (its answers would not be used).
    - `prefill` DocumentContext, required — The upload form's answers (GET /document-context/questions), every one optional. Validated before it is stored: an unknown field, a wrong type or a value not offered answers 400 VALIDATION_ERROR with details.field "documentContext". An analyze request without it keeps the upload's stored form; one with it replaces the form ({} with an empty one), also when the request attaches to the live analyze job, for the next read.
