# Add a note

`POST /assistant/memory/{scope}`

A company note needs org.write_data and is written in the default workspace only (409 MEMORY_DEFAULT_WORKSPACE_ONLY elsewhere); a personal note is the caller's own. 409 MEMORY_FULL when the scope holds its maximum (100 company notes, 30 personal notes per member).
