# Greentally changes that touched the selected business organization (org admins)

`GET /access/platform-changes`

Newest first: global factor changes that touched this organization's data (a re-classification job that included it, or a factor its rows use for changes made before jobs), account-scoped changes that target this organization (a change targeting another organization of the account is never listed), and its support-access grant changes and Greentally staff activity. Account rows show only their action's allow-listed fields (a workspace setup's counts and default workspace, under a fixed reason; no run or user ids) and no before/after for any other action. Global rows show only factor fields and this organization's own job impact; job retries are not listed (they exist only because some organization's part failed), and staff see them on the platform audit page. Staff are identified by email; actor user ids and scope ids are never returned. Not available to API keys; 404 while support access is disabled.
