`POST /v1/account/watch/remove`

POST rather than DELETE: credentialed CORS on this API allows GET and POST only.

The watchlist after the removal

- WatchMutation: The watchlist after the change, and which key moved.
  - `keys` string[]
  - `added` string
  - `removed` string

## Other responses

- `400`: No key in the body
- `401`: No valid key or session
