`POST /v1/billing/funding/quote`

## Request

Previews an execution-credit purchase of at least USD 10 without creating a provider payment or granting credit. The quote binds its exact credit and current funding revision; tax and gross remain null with calculated-at-checkout status until an idempotent confirmed purchase creates authenticated hosted Checkout. This manual purchase has separate authority and never consumes the automatic execution top-up ceiling.
