# Delete operational subject data

`DELETE /api/v1/subjects/{subject_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.graypass.org` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://app.graypass.org/api/v1/subjects/{subject_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Delete the subject’s operational assurance data and make its record unavailable to normal subject lookup.

## Path parameters

- `subject_id` string, required

## Response `204`

Operational deletion completed; the 204 response has no body.

## Other responses

- `422`: The canonical handler returns a Problem for invalid input; correct the request before retrying.
