The uploaded picture of a published profile, as image bytes.

Bytes, not a redirect: a presigned URL names the internal user id, and the OG card
renderer fetches with ``redirect: "manual"``. ``private`` so no shared cache can keep
serving it after the owner unpublishes; ``?v=`` busts the viewer's own copy on change.
An S3 failure is a 503, never a cacheable 404.
