`PUT /v1/profile/acknowledgements/{key}`

## Request

Record that the caller has seen a one-time UI moment (the product tour, a modal).

Replaces the per-device localStorage latches, which re-fired in every new browser.
Idempotent; 422 `unknown_acknowledgement` for a key outside ACKNOWLEDGEMENT_KEYS.
