`POST /v1/memory/recall`

## Request

Dashboard RANKED recall -- the search box runs the real cross-encoder path on the
fleet, not client-side string scoring. Same gate + bearer-forwarding as the facts
browse; an unbuilt store is an honest-empty 200.

- MemoryRecallBody: The dashboard search box's ranked-recall request. The tenant is derived from the verified session, never the body.
