# Parallel dialer analytics report

`GET /voice/dialer/stats`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1/voice/dialer/stats`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Return aggregated dialer metrics for the caller's org.

Org scoping is enforced server-side: the voice service accepts a
``user_email`` filter but the org is always pinned to the API key.

## Query parameters

- `session_id` string, nullable: Filter to a single session.
- `user_email` string, nullable: Filter to one SDR's calls.
- `date_from` string, nullable: Start date "YYYY-MM-DD".
- `date_to` string, nullable: End date "YYYY-MM-DD".
- `aggregation` string: "DAILY" for per-day rows, "TOTAL" for one summary row.

## Headers

- `Authorization` string, nullable
- `X-Target-Org-Id` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ApiResponseDialerStatsResponse
  - `data` DialerStatsResponse, required: Top-level wrapper for dialer analytics. Field names follow the voice ``ParallelDialerReport`` shape so the structured response is meaningful both to a Developer API caller and to an MCP agent rendering it inline.
    - `filters` DialerReportFilters: Echo of the filters the voice service ran the report with. Useful for clients that need to confirm which slice they got back, especially when the request omits ``date_from`` / ``date_to`` and the server applies defaults.
      - `session_id` string, nullable
      - `user_email` string, nullable
      - `org_id` string, nullable
      - `date_from` unknown
      - `date_to` unknown
      - `aggregation` string, nullable
    - `metrics` DialerReportMetric[]
      - `date` string, nullable
      - `sdr_name` string, nullable
      - `org_id` string, nullable
      - `list_title` string, nullable
      - `total_dials` integer
      - `total_connections` integer
      - `connection_rate` number
      - `total_voicemails` integer
      - `voicemail_rate` number
      - `talk_time_minutes` number
      - `avg_call_duration_minutes` number
      - `dispositions` object, nullable
      - `success_rate` number
      - `unique_sessions` integer
      - `avg_calls_per_session` number
      - `redial_count` integer
      - `redial_success_rate` number, nullable
      - `peak_calling_hour` integer, nullable
      - `total_callbacks` integer
    - `summary` DialerReportMetric: One aggregated row in the analytics report. Schema mirrors ``ParallelDialerMetrics``. The disposition breakdown is a passthrough dict so that voice-side disposition additions do not require a coordinated DTO bump here.
      - `date` string, nullable
      - `sdr_name` string, nullable
      - `org_id` string, nullable
      - `list_title` string, nullable
      - `total_dials` integer
      - `total_connections` integer
      - `connection_rate` number
      - `total_voicemails` integer
      - `voicemail_rate` number
      - `talk_time_minutes` number
      - `avg_call_duration_minutes` number
      - `dispositions` object, nullable
      - `success_rate` number
      - `unique_sessions` integer
      - `avg_calls_per_session` number
      - `redial_count` integer
      - `redial_success_rate` number, nullable
      - `peak_calling_hour` integer, nullable
      - `total_callbacks` integer
  - `pagination` PaginationMeta
    - `page` integer, required: Current page number (1-indexed)
    - `limit` integer, required: Items per page
    - `total` integer, required: Total number of items
    - `has_next` boolean, required: Whether there are more pages
    - `next_cursor` string, nullable: Opaque cursor for the next page; null when there are no more items. Pass it back as the `cursor` query param to fetch the following page without computing page numbers.
    - `total_available` integer, nullable: Search endpoints only: how many records really match, when known. Can be larger than `total`, which is capped at the 10,000 results that can be paged. For company search this is a distinct-company estimate. Null when unknown; absent outside search.
    - `total_is_lower_bound` boolean, nullable: Search endpoints only: true when more records match than `total` shows (the result set is larger than the 10,000 results that can be paged). Absent outside search.
    - `notes` string[], nullable: Search endpoints only: plain-language notes about the result, e.g. that more records match than can be paged, or that a reversed `between` range was put in order.
