# List dialer calls (filter by contact, SDR, or session)

`GET /voice/dialer/calls`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1/voice/dialer/calls`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Return up to ``limit`` recent dialer call summaries.

At least ONE of (contact_id, user_email, parallel_session_id) MUST
be supplied - org id alone is not a valid filter (would firehose
the entire org's call history). 422 otherwise.

Summary rows do NOT include the transcript blob (5-50 KB each).
Use ``has_transcript`` to decide whether to fetch the full
transcript via ``GET /voice/dialer/calls/{room_name}/transcript``.

Org isolation is enforced server-side by the voice route: the org id
on the API key is forwarded as a required query param, so a call row
from another tenant cannot leak into the response.

## Query parameters

- `contact_id` string, nullable: CDP contact id (string form of mashup_contacts.id). If you only have a CRM-overlay id (cb_contact_extensions.id), resolve it via the contacts endpoint first. Optional - supply at least one of contact_id, user_email, or parallel_session_id.
- `user_email` string, nullable: SDR email. Returns dialer calls where the parent ParallelDialSession.user_email matches. Use for incremental ingestion of one SDR's call history.
- `parallel_session_id` string, nullable: Filter to a single ParallelDialSession.session_id.
- `created_after` string, nullable: ISO-8601 timestamp. Only return calls with created_at >= this value. Use for incremental polling (pass the max created_at from the previous page on the next call).
- `limit` integer: Max calls to return, newest first. Capped at 100.

## Headers

- `Authorization` string, nullable
- `X-Target-Org-Id` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ApiResponseCallsListResponse
  - `data` CallsListResponse, required: List wrapper for dialer call history. Used by ``GET /voice/dialer/calls`` for ALL filter variants (contact_id, user_email, parallel_session_id, created_after). Echoes the applied filter values back so callers can sanity-check what the server actually applied (the proxy may pin org_id, normalize CRM overlay IDs, etc).
    - `contact_id` string, nullable
    - `user_email` string, nullable
    - `parallel_session_id` string, nullable
    - `count` integer
    - `calls` CallSummaryRow[]
      - `room_name` string, required
      - `created_at` unknown
      - `disposition` string, nullable
      - `summary` string, nullable
      - `call_duration` integer, nullable
      - `recording_url` string, nullable
      - `parallel_session_id` string, nullable
      - `contact_id` string, nullable
      - `from_` string, nullable
      - `to` string, nullable
      - `has_transcript` boolean
  - `pagination` PaginationMeta
    - `page` integer, required: Current page number (1-indexed)
    - `limit` integer, required: Items per page
    - `total` integer, required: Total number of items
    - `has_next` boolean, required: Whether there are more pages
    - `next_cursor` string, nullable: Opaque cursor for the next page; null when there are no more items. Pass it back as the `cursor` query param to fetch the following page without computing page numbers.
    - `total_available` integer, nullable: Search endpoints only: how many records really match, when known. Can be larger than `total`, which is capped at the 10,000 results that can be paged. For company search this is a distinct-company estimate. Null when unknown; absent outside search.
    - `total_is_lower_bound` boolean, nullable: Search endpoints only: true when more records match than `total` shows (the result set is larger than the 10,000 results that can be paged). Absent outside search.
    - `notes` string[], nullable: Search endpoints only: plain-language notes about the result, e.g. that more records match than can be paged, or that a reversed `between` range was put in order.
