# Generate a call script for one contact

`POST /voice/call-scripts/generate`

SPENDS CREDITS. A persona-driven script, retrieving from the agent's
knowledge and its memory of the contact. Nothing is called or sent.

## Request body

- CallScriptGenerate: voice `CallScriptGenerateRequest`, without `org_id` / `agent_settings`.
  - `agent_id` string, required: The agent whose persona and knowledge shape the script.
  - `contact_id` string, required: The contact the call is for; drives memory retrieval.
  - `context` string, required: What the call is about.
  - `prospect_info` string, nullable: What you know about the prospect.
  - `company_context` string, nullable: What you know about the prospect's company.
  - `call_objective` string, nullable: What the call should achieve.
  - `call_type` string: professional, casual, cold_call, follow_up, demo or closing.
  - `previous_interactions` string, nullable: Summary of earlier conversations.
  - `provider` 'openai' | 'anthropic' | 'openrouter': LLM provider.
  - `model` string: openai: gpt-4o or gpt-4o-mini. anthropic: claude-sonnet-4-6, claude-haiku-4-5-20251001 or claude-opus-4-6. Voice rejects any other pairing with a 422.

    - `total` integer, required: Total number of items
    - `has_next` boolean, required: Whether there are more pages
    - `next_cursor` string, nullable: Opaque cursor for the next page; null when there are no more items. Pass it back as the `cursor` query param to fetch the following page without computing page numbers.
    - `total_available` integer, nullable: Search endpoints only: how many records really match, when known. Can be larger than `total`, which is capped at the 10,000 results that can be paged. For company search this is a distinct-company estimate. Null when unknown; absent outside search.
    - `total_is_lower_bound` boolean, nullable: Search endpoints only: true when more records match than `total` shows (the result set is larger than the 10,000 results that can be paged). Absent outside search.
    - `notes` string[], nullable: Search endpoints only: plain-language notes about the result, e.g. that more records match than can be paged, or that a reversed `between` range was put in order.
