# Query Universal Activity

`POST /universal-activity`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1/universal-activity`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The unified activity timeline, cursor-paginated.

POST rather than GET because the filter set is large and structured -
matching the app, so a rebuilt inbox sends the same body.

## Headers

- `Authorization` string, nullable
- `X-Target-Org-Id` string, nullable

## Request body

- UniversalActivityQuery: Filter set for the unified activity timeline. Every field is optional. `org_id` is deliberately ABSENT: the org comes from the API key's own principal, never from the body, so a client cannot steer the query at another tenant.
  - `page_size` integer: Rows per page (1-100).
  - `cursor` string, nullable: Opaque cursor from the previous page.
  - `queue` 'hot_replies' | 'follow_up' | 'booked_meetings' | 'everything', nullable: Named queue to read.
  - `channels` string[], nullable: Restrict to channels, e.g. `["email", "sms"]`.
  - `direction` string, nullable: `inbound` or `outbound`.
  - `tag_ids` string[], nullable
  - `exclude_tag_ids` string[], nullable
  - `campaign_ids` string[], nullable
  - `assignee_emails` string[], nullable
  - `updated_after` string, date-time, nullable
  - `updated_before` string, date-time, nullable
  - `contact_id` string, nullable
  - `company_id` string, nullable
  - `workspace_id` string, nullable: Workspace UUID; omit for org-wide.
  - `workspace_all_mail` boolean, nullable: Only meaningful with `workspace_id`. A workspace normally auto-scopes the email leg to its own campaign and direct sequences; set true to show all mail through that workspace's mailboxes.
  - `search` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ApiResponseAny
  - `data` unknown, required
  - `pagination` PaginationMeta
    - `page` integer, required: Current page number (1-indexed)
    - `limit` integer, required: Items per page
    - `total` integer, required: Total number of items
    - `has_next` boolean, required: Whether there are more pages
    - `next_cursor` string, nullable: Opaque cursor for the next page; null when there are no more items. Pass it back as the `cursor` query param to fetch the following page without computing page numbers.
    - `total_available` integer, nullable: Search endpoints only: how many records really match, when known. Can be larger than `total`, which is capped at the 10,000 results that can be paged. For company search this is a distinct-company estimate. Null when unknown; absent outside search.
    - `total_is_lower_bound` boolean, nullable: Search endpoints only: true when more records match than `total` shows (the result set is larger than the 10,000 results that can be paged). Absent outside search.
    - `notes` string[], nullable: Search endpoints only: plain-language notes about the result, e.g. that more records match than can be paged, or that a reversed `between` range was put in order.
