# Import My Social Profile

`POST /team-members/me/import-social`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1/team-members/me/import-social`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Fill the key-holder's own record from a LinkedIn or Twitter profile.

The profile arrives in the body - nothing is fetched and no credit is
spent. EMPTY fields are filled; values the person wrote are kept. Skills
MERGE into expertise (capped at 15), up to three `recent_posts` are
appended to the writing samples (ten kept), and a sent `job_history`
REPLACES the stored one.

## Headers

- `Authorization` string, nullable
- `X-Target-Org-Id` string, nullable

## Request body

- MemberSocialImportRequest: Mirrors `team_members.SocialImportRequest`. `platform` is closed here. The app takes a free string and silently does NOTHING platform-specific for any value other than `linkedin` or `twitter` - it still commits and answers 200, so a typo would read as success.
  - `platform` 'linkedin' | 'twitter', required: Where the profile came from.
  - `profile_url` string, required: Profile URL.
  - `name` string, nullable: Display name.
  - `headline` string, nullable: LinkedIn headline or Twitter bio.
  - `about` string, nullable: Full bio / about section.
  - `current_title` string, nullable: Current job title.
  - `current_company` string, nullable: Current company name.
  - `avatar_url` string, nullable: Profile picture URL.
  - `skills` string[], nullable: Skills / expertise list.
  - `recent_posts` object[], nullable: Recent posts, used as writing samples. Each needs `text`; `scraped_at` is optional. At most three are taken per call.
  - `location` string, nullable: Location.
  - `website` string, nullable: Personal website URL.
  - `job_history` MemberJobHistoryItem[], nullable: Full job history. REPLACES the stored history when sent.
    - `title` string, nullable
    - `company` string, nullable
    - `start_date` string, nullable
    - `end_date` string, nullable
    - `is_current` boolean
    - `duration` string, nullable
    - `location` string, nullable
    - `description` string, nullable
  - `username` string, nullable: Twitter username.
  - `bio` string, nullable: Twitter bio.
  - `followers` string, nullable: Follower count.
  - `following` string, nullable: Following count.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ApiResponseOrgPayload
  - `data` OrgPayload, required: An open envelope for a single role, team, member or account record. Open on purpose. The app's own response models on this surface grow with the product - `RoleResponse` gained `rep_limits` and `manages_role_slugs`, `TeamResponse` gained channel counts and a campaign count - and a pinned mirror would SILENTLY DROP whatever it had not caught up on. A dropped permission in a role read is the worst possible kind of stale: it reads as "they do not have it".
  - `pagination` PaginationMeta
    - `page` integer, required: Current page number (1-indexed)
    - `limit` integer, required: Items per page
    - `total` integer, required: Total number of items
    - `has_next` boolean, required: Whether there are more pages
    - `next_cursor` string, nullable: Opaque cursor for the next page; null when there are no more items. Pass it back as the `cursor` query param to fetch the following page without computing page numbers.
    - `total_available` integer, nullable: Search endpoints only: how many records really match, when known. Can be larger than `total`, which is capped at the 10,000 results that can be paged. For company search this is a distinct-company estimate. Null when unknown; absent outside search.
    - `total_is_lower_bound` boolean, nullable: Search endpoints only: true when more records match than `total` shows (the result set is larger than the 10,000 results that can be paged). Absent outside search.
    - `notes` string[], nullable: Search endpoints only: plain-language notes about the result, e.g. that more records match than can be paged, or that a reversed `between` range was put in order.
