Create a DRAFT post. Nothing is published until you schedule or publish it.

## Headers

## Request body

- SocialPostCreateRequest: A new post. Created as a DRAFT - nothing is published until you schedule or publish it.
  - `account_ref` string, nullable: The account it will publish from - an `id` from `GET /social/accounts`. Optional: a draft can be written before any account is connected, but one is required to schedule or publish.
  - `body` string, required: The post text.
  - `media` SocialMediaItem[], nullable
    - `kind` string: Asset kind. `image` for a picture.

    - `alt` string: Alt text. `alt_text` is accepted as a synonym.
    - `id` string, nullable: Asset-library id, when the asset came from there.
  - `post_type` 'text' | 'image' | 'video' | 'document'
  - `campaign_id` string, nullable: Campaign to attribute the post to.
  - `idempotency_key` string, nullable: Repeat a create with the same key to get the original post back instead of a duplicate.
