# Browse available SDR/AE/GTM marketplace profiles

`GET /marketplace/talent`

## Request

Browse marketplace talent.

Returns visible (complete + active) profiles, with the caller's
already-hired SDRs filtered out. Anonymous profiles are masked unless
the caller's org has previously hired them. Optional ``match_score``
is merged in from the per-org talent-match cache.

## Query parameters

- `country_code` string, nullable
- `payout_track` string, nullable
- `role` string, nullable: sdr | ae | gtm_engineer
- `availability` string, nullable: open | limited | fully_booked
- `tier` string, nullable: Certification tier (TitleCase, case-sensitive). AE tiers: 'Top Performer' | 'Leadership-track' | 'Senior' | 'Solid' | 'Transition'. SDR tiers: 'Strategic' | 'Data-Driven' | 'Independent' | 'Disciplined'. Canonical list lives in marketplace/usecases/admin_analytics/_shared.py::KNOWN_TIERS. Any other value silently returns an empty result set — that's the underlying DB filter behaviour, not a bug here.

    - `total_available` integer, nullable: Search endpoints only: how many records really match, when known. Can be larger than `total`, which is capped at the 10,000 results that can be paged. For company search this is a distinct-company estimate. Null when unknown; absent outside search.
    - `total_is_lower_bound` boolean, nullable: Search endpoints only: true when more records match than `total` shows (the result set is larger than the 10,000 results that can be paged). Absent outside search.
    - `notes` string[], nullable: Search endpoints only: plain-language notes about the result, e.g. that more records match than can be paged, or that a reversed `between` range was put in order.
