# Update Org Marketplace Meeting

`PATCH /marketplace/org/meetings/{meeting_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1/marketplace/org/meetings/{meeting_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Edit a meeting. `status: taken` MAKES IT BILLABLE.

That transition is what the per-meeting rate charges for, and it notifies
the talent; `taken_at` is stamped the first time only. Everything else here
is bookkeeping. Sending no editable field is a 400.

## Path parameters

- `meeting_id` string, required: Meeting id (UUID).

## Headers

- `Authorization` string, nullable
- `X-Target-Org-Id` string, nullable

## Request body

- OrgMeetingUpdateRequest: The client's edit of a meeting its hire ran. Unset fields are untouched. Setting `status` to `taken` is the BILLING SIGNAL: that row becomes chargeable at the engagement's per-meeting rate, and the talent is notified. Moving `meeting_date` without a `status` flips the row to `rescheduled`. Both vocabularies are closed here so a typo is a 422 naming the valid values rather than the app's 400.
  - `status` 'scheduled' | 'taken' | 'rescheduled' | 'missed' | 'cancelled', nullable
  - `meeting_date` string, nullable: YYYY-MM-DD.
  - `meeting_type` 'discovery' | 'demo' | 'follow_up' | 'closing', nullable
  - `notes` string, nullable
  - `client_contact_name` string, nullable
  - `client_contact_email` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ApiResponseMarketplacePayload
  - `data` MarketplacePayload, required: One record, or one action result.
  - `pagination` PaginationMeta
    - `page` integer, required: Current page number (1-indexed)
    - `limit` integer, required: Items per page
    - `total` integer, required: Total number of items
    - `has_next` boolean, required: Whether there are more pages
    - `next_cursor` string, nullable: Opaque cursor for the next page; null when there are no more items. Pass it back as the `cursor` query param to fetch the following page without computing page numbers.
    - `total_available` integer, nullable: Search endpoints only: how many records really match, when known. Can be larger than `total`, which is capped at the 10,000 results that can be paged. For company search this is a distinct-company estimate. Null when unknown; absent outside search.
    - `total_is_lower_bound` boolean, nullable: Search endpoints only: true when more records match than `total` shows (the result set is larger than the 10,000 results that can be paged). Absent outside search.
    - `notes` string[], nullable: Search endpoints only: plain-language notes about the result, e.g. that more records match than can be paged, or that a reversed `between` range was put in order.
