# Create Org Hiring Meeting

`POST /marketplace/org/hirings/{hiring_id}/meetings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1/marketplace/org/hirings/{hiring_id}/meetings`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Log a meeting that happened outside the integrated calendar.

A BILLING INPUT, not just a record: the per-meeting rate bills meetings that
reach `status='taken'`. This creates the row in `scheduled` and attributes
it to the client; moving it to `taken` is a separate, client-owned
transition, so recording a meeting here does not by itself bill for one.

Beside it sits `/marketplace/org/hirings/{hiring_id}`, which is the same
hiring - the meeting is scoped to it and to your org, and a hiring belonging
to another org is refused.

## Path parameters

- `hiring_id` string, required: Your org's hiring id (UUID).

## Headers

- `Authorization` string, nullable
- `X-Target-Org-Id` string, nullable

## Request body

- MeetingCreateRequest: Log a meeting that happened outside the integrated calendar. Created as `assigned_by='client'` in `status='scheduled'`. Meetings are a BILLING INPUT: the per-meeting rate bills rows that reach `status='taken'`, which is a separate client-side transition, not something this call does.
  - `meeting_date` string, required: YYYY-MM-DD.
  - `meeting_type` 'discovery' | 'demo' | 'follow_up' | 'closing'
  - `title` string, nullable
  - `start_time` string, nullable: ISO-8601 datetime.
  - `end_time` string, nullable: ISO-8601 datetime.
  - `meeting_url` string, nullable
  - `description` string, nullable
  - `client_contact_name` string, nullable
  - `client_contact_email` string, nullable
  - `attendees` object[]
  - `notes` string, nullable

## Response `201`

Successful Response

- ApiResponseMarketplacePayload
  - `data` MarketplacePayload, required: One record, or one action result.
  - `pagination` PaginationMeta
    - `page` integer, required: Current page number (1-indexed)
    - `limit` integer, required: Items per page
    - `total` integer, required: Total number of items
    - `has_next` boolean, required: Whether there are more pages
    - `next_cursor` string, nullable: Opaque cursor for the next page; null when there are no more items. Pass it back as the `cursor` query param to fetch the following page without computing page numbers.
    - `total_available` integer, nullable: Search endpoints only: how many records really match, when known. Can be larger than `total`, which is capped at the 10,000 results that can be paged. For company search this is a distinct-company estimate. Null when unknown; absent outside search.
    - `total_is_lower_bound` boolean, nullable: Search endpoints only: true when more records match than `total` shows (the result set is larger than the 10,000 results that can be paged). Absent outside search.
    - `notes` string[], nullable: Search endpoints only: plain-language notes about the result, e.g. that more records match than can be paged, or that a reversed `between` range was put in order.
