# Create a marketplace job post (Open Role)

`POST /marketplace/job-posts`

Create an Open Role under the calling key's org. The role's title,
description (the client's JD), criteria, comp, and openings live in the
body. Send ``status="published"`` to go live to talent immediately, or
``"draft"`` (default) to stage it and publish later via PATCH.

    - `notes` string[], nullable: Search endpoints only: plain-language notes about the result, e.g. that more records match than can be paged, or that a reversed `between` range was put in order.
