# Record Commission Entry

`POST /marketplace/commissions/entries`

Record a collection and compute what it earned. MONEY NOW OWED.

Calculated against the plan SNAPSHOTTED on the engagement at signature, not
against whatever is active today, so re-pricing never re-prices history.
Idempotent on `(event_id, invoice_line_id)`: the same collection replayed
returns the existing entry, and the SAME ids with different evidence is a
409 rather than a second payment.

Lands in `review`. It becomes payable when allocated to a statement.

    - `total_is_lower_bound` boolean, nullable: Search endpoints only: true when more records match than `total` shows (the result set is larger than the 10,000 results that can be paged). Absent outside search.
    - `notes` string[], nullable: Search endpoints only: plain-language notes about the result, e.g. that more records match than can be paged, or that a reversed `between` range was put in order.
