`PUT /lists/folders/stars/{audience_id}`

Star or unstar a list for this key. FREE.

Starred ids come back in `GET /lists/folders` as `starred_ids`. A list the
key cannot see is a 404.

## Path parameters

- `audience_id` integer, required: The list (audience) id.

## Headers

- `Authorization` string, nullable
- `X-Target-Org-Id` string, nullable

## Request body

- ListStarRequest: Star or unstar a list.
  - `starred` boolean, required: True to star, false to unstar.

## Response `204`
