Resolve the people who visited a specific page URL.

Backed by the same S1 -> S2 chain the FE drill-down uses. Returns
HEM, profile fields (verified), and a `source` tier (verified / b2b /
b2c / company / anonymous) so the caller can filter confidence.

  - `url` string, required: Canonical PAGE_URL, e.g. 'cognism.com/pricing' (no scheme, no www).

  - `mode` string: 'quick' (~500ms) or 'full' (~2-3s, all paths).
