`POST /intent/pages/contacts`

Aggregated, deduplicated resolved contacts across a URL list.

One batched HEM pull, then the 4-path identity fan-out. Used to
pre-populate the `contacts` array on a save-from-search keyword so the
row shows contact counts immediately (not after the daily resolver).
