`GET /health`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://be.graph8.com/api/v1/health`
- Auth: none required

Check that the graph8 Developer API is up. No API key is required.

Returns ``{"status": "ok", "service": "developer-api"}`` whenever the API is
serving requests. It does not check databases or downstream providers.

Successful Response

- ApiHealthResponse
  - `status` string: Always 'ok' when the Developer API is serving requests.
  - `service` string: Which service answered. Always 'developer-api'.
