# Drop Session Voicemail

*** REACHES A REAL PERSON. *** Leaves a voicemail on their phone.

The recording is played in the rep's CLONED VOICE and the call is then
hung up with disposition `voicemail`. The person hears it; there is no
undo, and a wrong `call_id` leaves the message on the wrong stranger's
phone.

Tiered `external`, not `write`: it reaches a human outside graph8.

- VoicemailDropRequest: Mirrors `DialerVoicemailDrop`. LEAVES A REAL VOICEMAIL on a real person's phone in the rep's cloned voice, then hangs up.

Successful Response

  - `data` DialerPayload, required: An open envelope for one dialer result. Open because voice owns the shape of a session, a call stub and a queue stat, and it grows them without a contract bump here. A dropped field would otherwise turn an added upstream field into a removed public one.

    - `total_is_lower_bound` boolean, nullable: Search endpoints only: true when more records match than `total` shows (the result set is larger than the 10,000 results that can be paged). Absent outside search.
    - `notes` string[], nullable: Search endpoints only: plain-language notes about the result, e.g. that more records match than can be paged, or that a reversed `between` range was put in order.
