This rep's pending queue, ranked.

`source_group` and `source` are a family/exact pair, not synonyms:
`source_group=forms` matches every form signal, `source=form_submitted`
matches one.

An omitted filter is passed as a real `None`. The app's own comment warns
that a `Query(None)` sentinel is TRUTHY and would reach the repository as
a filter value - so absent must stay absent all the way down.

- `source_group` string, nullable: Filter by signal FAMILY, e.g. "forms" or "website".
- `source` string, nullable: Filter by EXACT signal id, e.g. "form_submitted".

    - `total_is_lower_bound` boolean, nullable: Search endpoints only: true when more records match than `total` shows (the result set is larger than the 10,000 results that can be paged). Absent outside search.
    - `notes` string[], nullable: Search endpoints only: plain-language notes about the result, e.g. that more records match than can be paged, or that a reversed `between` range was put in order.
