# Register Video Asset From Library

`POST /audience-syncs/google/video-assets/library`

Queue a Studio library video for upload to YouTube.

202: the upload to YouTube happens in a worker afterwards, so the asset is
not usable in a campaign the moment this returns. Poll
`GET /audience-syncs/google/video-assets/{asset_id}`.

Rate limited to 30 per minute per org by the app's own limiter.

- RegisterLibraryVideoAssetRequest: Pick a Studio library video (``cb_org_videos`` id) for a Video campaign.

    - `total_is_lower_bound` boolean, nullable: Search endpoints only: true when more records match than `total` shows (the result set is larger than the 10,000 results that can be paged). Absent outside search.
    - `notes` string[], nullable: Search endpoints only: plain-language notes about the result, e.g. that more records match than can be paged, or that a reversed `between` range was put in order.
