# Update a routing form (partial)

`PATCH /appointments/routing-forms/{form_id}`

## Request

Partially update a routing form. Only sent fields are changed.

Omit a field to leave it untouched. Slug must be unique in the org (409 on
collision). Fields/routes are replaced atomically when present in the body.
