# Send a reschedule-request email to the attendee (host action)

`POST /appointments/bookings/{booking_uid}/request-reschedule`

## Request

Ask the attendee to pick a new time.

Sends a reschedule-request email with the optional host ``reason``
message and a link to the public booking page.  Does NOT move or cancel
the original booking - the attendee reschedules by clicking the link.
Backed by ``BookingsHandler.handle_request_reschedule``.  Raises 404
when the booking uid is not visible to the caller.
