Requires a write-scoped key plus the REST and Pipeline feature gates. Repeating the same assignment is safe.

- `400`: Invalid or hidden stage
- `403`: Missing write scope or unavailable account
- `404`: Chat unavailable in the selected account
- `503`: Pipeline disabled or scoped schema unavailable
