# Set or clear a column value on one exact account-scoped chat

`POST /columns/set`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Requires a write-scoped key plus the REST and CRM feature gates. Values must match the configured column type/options; an empty array clears the value.

## Response `200`

Account-qualified saved value or clear result

## Other responses

- `400`: Value violates configured column rules
- `403`: Missing write scope or unavailable account
- `404`: Chat or column unavailable in this workspace
- `503`: CRM disabled or scoped schema unavailable
