- ReviewRecord: A funder/analyst rating of a certification (Ticket #3). Enables the "verify the reviewer" bridge — calibrate a reviewer on verifiable outcomes, then trust their ratings on unverifiable calls. Many-per-invoice: dedup key is (invoice_ref, reviewer_handle).
