`PATCH /serviceaccounts/{serviceAccountId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `/api` (relative, and the document’s source URL is not known)
- URL: `/api/serviceaccounts/{serviceAccountId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP basic
  - API key in header `Authorization`
