# Get library element by UID.

`GET /library-elements/{library_element_uid}`

## Request

- Base URL: `/api` (relative, and the document’s source URL is not known)
- URL: `/api/library-elements/{library_element_uid}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP basic
  - API key in header `Authorization`

Returns a library element with the given UID.
