# Cancel a snapshot, wherever it is in its processing chain.

`POST /cloudmigration/migration/{uid}/snapshot/{snapshotUid}/cancel`

## Request

- Base URL: `/api` (relative, and the document’s source URL is not known)
- URL: `/api/cloudmigration/migration/{uid}/snapshot/{snapshotUid}/cancel`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP basic
  - API key in header `Authorization`

- `500`: InternalServerError is a general error indicating something went wrong internally.
