# List all available metrics.

`GET /metrics/`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://content-data-api.publishing.service.gov.uk/api/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns a list of available metrics for content items.

## Response `200`

Success response

- Metric[]
  - `metric_id` string, required: ID to refer to the metric within the API
  - `description` string, required: Description of the metric
  - `source` string: Where this metric comes from
