# WDs applicable in a state/county

`GET /api/v1/wage-determinations/by-location`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://govconapi.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://govconapi.com/api/v1/wage-determinations/by-location`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The compliance shortcut: 'I'm bidding a contract in this state/county,
which wage determinations apply?' Returns all currently-active DBA, SCA,
and CBA records that include the requested jurisdiction.

Statewide DBAs (location with no county) are included regardless of the
`county` filter, since they apply everywhere in the state. No date filter,
so no window block: this endpoint answers "what is in force here now".

`type` narrows to DBA/SCA/CBA. Without it, CBAs sort first (alphabetical
`wd_type`) and can dominate the default page in a CBA-heavy jurisdiction ,
a services bidder checking Davis-Bacon/SCA coverage previously had no way
to filter them out.
