`GET /api/v1/recompetes`

## Query parameters

- `naics` string, nullable: NAICS, exactly 6 digits
- `agency` string, nullable: Awarding agency name substring
- `set_aside` string, nullable: Set-aside type substring
- `state` string, nullable: Place-of-performance state code
- `amount_min` number, nullable: Min current contract value (USD)
- `amount_max` number, nullable: Max current contract value (USD)
- `ends_after_months` integer: Window floor: exclude contracts ending sooner than N months (set ~6 to skip the too-late-to-influence band)
- `ends_within_months` integer: Window ceiling: contracts ending within N months
- `date_anchor` string: Which date the window applies to: current_end (next decision point) | potential_end (guaranteed recompete, all options used)
- `options_exhausted_only` boolean: If true, only contracts whose options are ~exhausted (the high-confidence 'must recompete, not renew' subset)
- `options_window_days` integer: Options counted ~exhausted when potential_end is within N days of current_end (used only with options_exhausted_only)
- `incumbent_excluded` boolean, nullable: If true, only recompetes whose incumbent is CURRENTLY on the SAM exclusions list (can't legally win the recompete). If false, only recompetes whose incumbent is clean. Omit for both.
- `sort_by` string: ends_soonest | value | mod_churn | de_obligated
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
- `early_signal_days` integer: Early-signal feed lookback window, in days (how far back to pull live notices)
- `early_signal_types` string: Comma-separated early-signal notice types (aliases): sources_sought, rfi, presolicitation, special_notice, industry_day, solicitation, rfp, combined, justification, award_notice
