# Awarded labor-rate (should-cost) benchmark for a labor category, from GSA CALC

`GET /api/v1/pricing/labor-rates`

Awarded ceiling-rate distribution + comparable rates for a labor category.

Per conventions §1.2 (aggregate -> flat object), §3.5, §3.7, §6.1, §8.2, §9.1.

## Query parameters

- `labor_category` string, nullable: Labor category to benchmark (required)
- `match` string: labor_category match: contains (default) | exact
- `education_level` string, nullable: HS | AA | BA | MA | PHD | OTHER
- `min_experience` integer, nullable: min years experience floor
- `max_experience` integer, nullable: min years experience ceiling
- `naics` string, nullable: 6-digit NAICS (via the SIN bridge)
- `vendor` string, nullable: Vendor name (substring; competitor / self rate-card lookup)
- `worksite` string, nullable: Customer | Contractor | Virtual
- `business_size` string, nullable: S (small business) | O (other than small)
- `security_clearance` string, nullable: Yes | No
- `value_basis` string, nullable: current (default) | next_year | second_year
- `sample_limit` integer: how many comparable rates to return
