- `set_aside_family` string, nullable: Only codes with obligations in this set-aside family (total_small_business, 8a, sdvosb, wosb, hubzone, veteran, native).
- `keywords` string, nullable: Match the NAICS description text.
- `sort_by` string: market | competitors | setaside_pct
- `sort_order` string: asc | desc
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
